RateMyAgent Plugin can be installed and uninstalled the same as any other WordPress plugin. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below. If you require any assistance, please submit a support request and we will be happy to help.
After purchasing our plugin you should have received an email with instructions on how to download and install our plugin. If you did not receive this email please check your junk folder just in case it ended up there by mistake.
If you purchased one of our Pro Plans the email will also include a license key which you will need to enter after installing your plugin. Please have this handy and proceed to the next step.
Login to the backend of your WordPress website, go to Plugins where there is an option to Add New plugin.
Select the Upload Plugin button which will reveal a panel where you will be able to upload the plugin files downloaded in step 1. Choose file and thereafter click the install button.
If you are unable to find Plugins in the menu, please contact your website Administrator for further assistance.
After installing the plugin you will be prompted to activate it. Once activated you will find a new option called RateMyAgent in the left hand menu. Go to this page to configure the plugin settings.
